This is a section that provides us with high isolation and soundproofing standards. Its coefficient U=0.12 makes houses that are built in the EKO+ section have a very low energy demand. And thus low maintenance bills. An example is a house with an area of 150m2, heated by electricity, whose annual cost of living does not exceed 1300 PLN, which gives us about 110 PLN per month!!! The fact is that it is not the wall or the roof itself, but the solutions used give us such an effect!!! Recuperation, photovoltaic electric heating are essential elements for our house to be practically self-sufficient (unfortunately, the total cost is unavoidable but we can minimize it as much as possible). EKO+ is our flagship and most frequently used wall cross-section in which we build our houses and also your houses.

We would like to mention that we do not use Styrofoam or PUR spray foams to build our houses. This reduces costs. Moreover, closing the partitions too tightly from the outside does not allow the building to breathe. Which creates unwanted moisture. Currently, not everyone uses recuperation or a well-ventilated house.
An immeasurable advantage of frame and energy-efficient construction is the fact that the construction takes only a few months. Contrary to 'our native' stereotypes, this construction is very durable and durable.
